A Darlington configuration featuring 1 micron emitters provides high F T and excellent thermal perfomance. The heterojunction increases breakdown voltage and minimizes leakage current between junctions. Cancellation of emitter junction non-linearities results in higher suppression of intermodulation products. At 850 Mhz and 80mA , the SGA- 6486 typically provides +35 dBm output IP3, 19.7 dB of gain, and +20.2 dBm of 1dB compressed power using a single positive voltage supply. Only 2 DC-blocking capacitors, a bias resistor and an optional RF choke are required for operation. 　　CAUTION ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive device. Electrostatic charges as high as 4000 V readily accumulate on the human body and test equipment and can discharge without detection. Although the M30262F8 features proprietary ESD protection circuitry, permanent damage may occur on devices subjected to high energy electrostatic discharges.
